I don't know how the departure of high ranking officer, who built the company from the ground up can instill confidence. I don't care how rosy the resignation letter is, it's still a resignation.

Mr. John Stetson has roughly 2 million shares by my count, and can sell them at any time. Why would he resign if he feels confident in this company?
