Interesting part of the other GreenPay site in the compliance section. I guess MYEC's GreenPay would need to do this too... The NSA will love this:
"GreenPay processes all Member, principals and payment-related persons through a Due Diligence Review that includes gathering information and documentation, filtering through various databases (including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals List), private and governmental web-based investigative inquiries and a Political Exposed Persons (PEP) status review (i.e. for evidence of criminal or terrorist activity, etc), designed to quickly and effectively determine whether a person or company is linked to money-laundering terrorism, fraud or other crimes. Specialized Merchants are asked to provide information and documents specific to their business, including licensing, practices and status information, and the information is verified independently. Where indicated individual and business (non-Merchant) Membership is based on approval after enhanced due diligence takes place."
