Eleniak, didn't know you were a woman so my apologies for one or two emails of mine where I referred to you as ' brother'...so now I will say sister. Ron is right about the future being in the court spaces and municipalities and here's why. Once a Kiosk gets installed at a jail/ prison it will reach its full capacity in the first year probably meaning that it will be used by whomever is going to use a kiosk ( which is most everyone) but there are only so many beds in each facility and there are a certain amount of visitors that are regulars for each inmate so in a way you can say that the Kiosks have a bit of a ceiling built in as far as revenue goes. The revenue could increase by visitors putting more on the inmates books...but the bed count still stays the same.
The court spaces however are unlimited in revenue potential because of the vast amount of bills and fines that a person can be paid with these Kiosks. So I would agree that this is where the big money is and what they should focus on. I also know that their jail accounts are generating a lot of revenue and the Kiosks that are currently in place in the jails they must be processing probably upwards of $$ 55 mil a year. So it would be smart for the telephone company in the jails to also handle the Kiosk business and that would also allow them to branch out and get the commissary accounts as well ,if they don't already have them. Jails love to streamline. So jail Kiosk business alone should put the value of GPSI way way higher than its current market cap. Like 5 times higher right now...
