Very good points. Also I think we should all take a lesson from the quiet period last year. Most here swore NEOM wasn't up to much and look what came out of that quiet period. 5 new aquisitions. What do they mean?

We have Gavitec with it's technology that compliments Paperclick and don't forget Mobot where all you need to do is take a pic of a pic. Look at 12Snap, Sponge, Hip Cricket. All SMS advertising campaigns and able to provide content.

Now, let's look deeper. I, as ABC company, want to put out an advertising blitz on one or more of my products. Print and TV ads are in my plan but I want to reach a more targeted audience. I combine my SMS campaign with free merchandising and I set up my web pages to take my customers and potential customers to this campaign with barcode scanning while running print advertising in the appropriate magazines.

What's happening here? Well, I can virtually do a one stop shopping spree with NeoMedia Technologies. Not only can I access the technology for print advertising through Mobot, Gavitec, and Paperclick I can have any one of the advertising agencies put together this campaign for me. The product itself will be my advertisement at the customers choosing and the campaign will bring millions to my product through all these different outlets with a screen they carry with them everywhere they go.

Now, look at it from NeoMedia's angle. What have we set ourselves up for with these aquisitions and our Paperclick technology? We can provide these brand managers with all they need to connect the physical world, their product and advertising, to the internet where we can showcase our products and entice our buyers. NeoMedia can also keep track of who and how many consumers are accessing these campaigns and the billing will be done by Triton in house.

So when I look for advertisers who can handle my campaigns via cell phone and print I want capable, inovative advertising companies and having access to companies that have won awards for this is a very good sell to me as a brand manger responsible for getting my products seen as best I can by the best in the industry.

Seems to me NeoMedia is not only working behind the scenes but is way ahead of the game here in setting themselves up to provide all that these companies need to advertise in this new media that the consumer constantly has with them.

Think about the potential here. It's all new and a little hard for us to imagine what it all will be like.

So, either we're all nuts, including NEOM, and this will be the dumbest idea ever or this is the stock to be in if you believe all the DD about mobile advertising. It's a pretty good bet if Bill Gates is chasing this avenue or getting his feet wet in any way it will be more huge than we can see right now. What other company do you know of who can provide soup to nuts in mobile advertising?

I happen to think that anyone in this business worth a damn, meaning NEOM and it's mngmt, see way far down the road than any of us can and they have their finger on the pulse of this industry and are working towards being a very large player that will need to be dealt with. Don't kid yourselves into thinking nothing is going on. If you believe that mngmt is out only to give themselves virtually free shares to sell to make themselves rich then get out now because you can't believe anything other than this stock will soon be worthless. But if you believe that this little cell phone is the future in advertising, billing, business, communication, etc. then sit tight and be patient. Revolutions don't happen overnight. 10 years for a revolution is overnight. You have about another 10 years to go.
