GET THE REAL FACTS!!!

1) NTEK isn’t moving “all of its assets”. In fact, only a single division is & mostly R&D assets. Along with these assets, several key personnel are moving with it & SHAREHOLDERS OF NTEK are getting SHARES in exchange: As well as having NGL expenses OFF NTEK BOOKS!!!


2) Based on years of watching “vapor companies” flipping stock? How many of them had over 50 employees? Attended several MAJOR trade shows a year? How many of them were interviewed time & again on major outlets like the N.Y. Times? How many of them had AWARD-WINNING products? How many have management & employees with PATENTS, industry credits, & credentials in the industries in which they operate?

3) Making a claim that NTEK is emptying its assets into HVEL is simply not the case; just because one claims it, doesn't make it so. NTEK is not moving ANY of its media divisions including; UMG, "4K Studios" or NanoTech Media out of NTEK, nor MS3D, CM or NCOMM.

Those all remain. Hardly an emptied company facing risk of “fading away”...

Let's NOT even BEGIN LAUGHING about the IRONY surrounding the constant
criticisms of NTEK over the years; suggesting that THEY HAVE "NOTHING TO BEGIN WITH"!!

"Gaming would never amount to anything"... "Casino's would never approve".... "They have NO PATENTS" ...Only NOW to be followed by a
totally FLIPPED-SCRIPT!! ALL OF THE SUDDEN!!!

Now we learn that Gaming-Labs was the KEY to NTEKs valuation?...Huh??? Is that right? LMMFAO!!!!

Well that's GREAT TO HEAR! Cuz NTEK shareholders will have SHARES
in the business!!!


4) I've read the claim that NTEK won’t publish anything credible. HOWEVER they have been extremely transparent every step of the way. INCLUDING continuing to publish & stay current on the OTC markets as they ALWAYS HAVE.



5) Anyone can try & make a comparison of NTEK to Steve Lumb & companies that have no operations or assets. Might as well be comparing oranges & bricks!! NTEK has been visited by DOZENS of shareholders at multiple locations. NTEK has been visited by the Media. Doing video articles from NTEK operational locations & divisions. NTEK has invested millions in new state of the art video equipment. Please let's provide something,... ANYTHING, to back the claims & statements that: "NTEK is a sham" or an "empty company", other than because one, 'says so'.


6) Any one can try & play NTEK off as nonexistent. Yet the COO of Samsung, & the CTO of Vizio both demonstrated partnering with NTEK. Show me any evidence of the comparison companies, ANY OTC company, that have WORLD CLASS partners like this: Where are THEY? No proof eh? I didn't THINK SO!!!



7) HVEL has purchased NanoTech Gaming-Labs in exchange for shares of HVEL. Those shares are being distributed 1:1 based on percentages to NTEK shareholders. Seems to me a completely appropriate & equitable way to spin off a division of NTEK & NTEK-Shareholders lose nothing in the transaction. Prior to the transaction they owned a percentage of the assets of NTEK. After the transaction, we own the same percentage in the assets that were sold as they did before; they are just now being used by a separate company that we'll have OWNERSHIP IN. Please provide any explanation how this transaction is nothing but straight-forward & provides a very equitable means for shareholder protection.


8) Anyone can claim that NTEK volume is shriveling up & heading to .0001 all they wishe; shareholders have been hearing THAT & MORE for TWO YEARS!!! But no evidence exists to support that the price is going to triple zeroes & NOT ONCE has the price even broke down through $0.01....Despite all the presumptions & proclamations: Volume has been at or BELOW average of late & the price, while down over the past year, has recovered from its recent lows, & is still far AHEAD & UP from when triple zeroes were claimed as FACT!! Has NOT HAPPENED!! THAT is FACT!!!


9) NTEK was clear in that they were filing a Form15 to prevent additional funds going towards filings AND to prevent the stock from being classified as "OTC Limited" or "OTC No Info". However, there is no evidence that the company stopped reporting, & in fact no argument to counter the REALITY which show the company is still filing quarterly & annual filings & is not in fact "dark"; but rather non-SEC reporting like nearly every OTC Stock. Dark companies are labeled differently by the OTC Markets and do not enjoy the Current Information moniker like NTEK does!!
