Yes Ma'am, I saw that picture and thought it looked fantastic!
At the grocery store, they put the big 15-17 pd center cut pork loins on sale for 1.99 per lb. I always grab several. I take it home, cut it into meal sized portions and freeze it.
I do the same thing with the small sized turkeys. Right after Christmas, they put the Butterball, small turkeys on sale for 1.69 per pd.
Some call me cheap, I prefer to think of it as thrifty.
We eat better at home than we could at a restaurant. When the wife and I took a vacation last fall, we decided to stop at a Red Lobster in Paducah, KY. We both got shrimp, and both of us felt like it wasn't anything close to what I cook on the grill.
