although pinksheets lists terrablock as inc in nevada and previous company was slateco [stated as of 2/06]
btw, they had their charter in nevada revoked twice

a search of good ole wyoming state returns the below:

which is of course the same address listed in corp docs for BKMP
note the initial filing date of 11/30/05

now geez, didnt BKMP [then FCDH] state in its dec 5, '05 PR it sold its interest in terrablock to suncrest/amerossi?...whose last amendment date was 12/15/05

speaking of amerossi, they filed a financial on may 4, which lists notes/CD of $1.8M, 1.5B OS [up from 1.1M in just the past few months!] as of 3/31/06, 0 revs, with 2 RS in its history [1 being a 1 for 1000]...AND NO MENTION OF TERRABLOCK
[nor is there any mention in their original "filing/disclosure" of feb 25, 06]
...lol!...what a condition to begin!

so what did winick really do with terrablock?
...and wasnt that supposed to be part of the so-called "reward" of the divi??...and this from a stock with no liquidity, jumping btwn .01 and .10...that was projected to have a $5 SP?

part of the point of the above is this is further representation that things arent always as promoted/viewed...and appears just to be another tool used to sell shares

anyone care to wager winick will still be involved/profiting with/from terrablock?
