PPHM doesn't say they INTEND to keep the trial ON TRACK, they report that it IS ON TRACK. There is any FUTURE EXPECTATION/GOAL/INTEND or whatever in that statement. And that stands completely loose from the fact that the company may, and very probably wants to, stay on track. But that is again another thing then say that you currently ARE ON TRACK.

SO there is no contradiction AT ALL.

PS: I do agree that we have no REFERENCE POINT (curve or whatever) to translate what ON TRACK means in numbers, but that is besides above statement.
