IC Places signs syndication deal with Spartan Bay

Online content provider IC Places Inc. has signed a seven-year international syndication agreement with Spartan Bay.

Under the agreement, Spartan Bay will syndicate and distribute IC Places (OTCQB: ICPA) programming to television, DVD, in-flight and educational outlets worldwide.
