Ok, reviewing the 8K where it is stated that GEVO is making a public offering of shares. Can someone put that in lay terms to understand if this offering is increasing the number of outstanding shares, thus subjecting this to a dilution factor? I this public offering is not a good thing and this is what caused the pps to fall through the roof?

Sorry for the question, relatively new here and trying to figure if GEVO is a good bet for a medium to long run, or is it on its way out and time to bail instead of jumping into a sinking ship.
