Some good stuff in here (10-q)

'Pleasant Kids launched its online store in August of 2014 on Amazon.com. The Company intends to enter the California market some time in 2015.'

'Pleasant Kids, will operate primarily as a manufacturing, marketing and distribution company. The Company has created a branding company called Pleasant Kids Extra, Inc. that will be branding and managing the “Pleasant Kids Characters” in merchandizing and promotional products including licensing/branding agreements with other manufactures.'
