Fidel- hate to drop syringes on your parade- there will be massive dilution. You can count on that. BUT that one time event would then let the stock settle and begin to move upward on its sales merits and those merits are just about "in the bank". This method is far more friendly over the long haul as the stealth aspect of IMSC's dilution has pushed all REAL buyers to the sidelines.
You take the first part of the TSA IDIQ order: 1170 units/ 200-month production and you can see it will take a while to build that out. THEN, you have all other branches of DHS buying through the TSA IDIQ and their needs are even more compelling than airports, that's another 500 units...then build that out and TSA will place another 1200 Unit order...we have a real nice natural progression, IF, if they can keep up the quality. A $162M TSA IDIQ means NO raises for the uber-salesmen at S-M...they get to try to qualify their swabbing ETDs and by the time they are certd, IMSC will have filled the $162M IDIQ and cert'd the ultimate hand held non-contact ETD in the world. The 150-E is like UltraDog that never sleeps. The VC non-contact unit for cargo is like a pack of UltraDogs. Dr. McGann has this timed to perfection. Gee, I wonder who gave him all the inside M info? DR.JONES? Nah, he was too busy NOT selling anything to anyone. Odd, he has the world's record ETD IDIQ and that really is "terrible"?
