Look at the bottom of the level 2 quote. You see the 3 entries at .0001. I really dont think any news will come out because that is probably debt that they want to convert. They cannot sell or convert debt with solicitation. Maybe Im way off here but can someone with more knowledge maybe jump in and take a look so we dont all get burnt.
