Far cry from 'not responding' to
'nothing true'.

Clearly if the releases are all untrue then it is actionable. But why would anyone in their right mind start /take over a company, invest the huge amount of time and resources required to generate a (to date) such a meager return - if any?

I do believe some do get responses from mgt - on occasion i do. Believe me i want to be assured i know as much as i can.

It is very hard to disprove a negative...perhaos they dont release location of plants so they wont get visitors, or proprietary, perhaps they have a remote/virtual office because they are not sitting around all day posting and out in field. Not a securities lawyer but assume they cant get green or further status unless they have paperwork in order.

Are there questions - yes! but i have questions about Conoco....about Netflix...about many investments...and they dont invite me to their tech rooms or for plant inspections or planning sessions.

Ill share with you my question / concern. How does mgt assure they can dedicate time to each enterprise they are involved with , without diluting energy and focus. Between vcor, vgor, ATI and Bio Char...lots of angles. On the plus side they ll relate and may support each others business. But lots to manage.

Maybe they all fold into one!

But for now I applaud their efforts, see no reason to doubt (after 4 months!) and am long and strong.
