I don't agree. IR would have zero value staying with a contract if it is destroying the company it has a contract with. IR obviously can see what this agreement is doing to the PPs. If they get an opportunity to settle for cash they would. Why would they blow that up and continue to cripple the company? I know IR doesn't care about MTVX but they do care about their own bottom line. Getting cash from a company as opposed to creating a bankruptcy is in IR's best interest. I would not be surprised to see this kind of update. My 2 cents. Go MTVX!!!!!!
