caveman aspersions aside,

this is nothing new ...

The dilution came about in last fall when the new mgt took over. This is not a surprise and has been reported and public.

This SAME share construction was expressed as great in judging the company including your view as I recall.

I do share a caution / concern for any dilution moving forward not transparently tied to actual incoming accretive value.

That said i will will not prejudge based on suspicion.

Further - i stand by my judgement that it makes no sense to 'dump' or dilute' on the part of the company as it likely yields pennies on the dollar for investments to date. There are quite a few legacy shares out - old vcor holders that may have woken up and simply wanted out. There are also micro traders who can see moves of .0035 - .01 as a playground.

I do hope the company follows on its efforts to get us out of this exchange...this would help settle these type of concerns
