i'm just saying that from what I understand about this company, they aren't going to take a buyout unless the offer is $25+ per share. Which I doubt is going to happen. My guess is, is that it will be like Nord, where somebody makes an offer thinking they are going to get a discount, and they will be shot down again. Nobody is going to offer full price for a pinkie until it has proven itself, even if it is worth $25+ per share (I'm taking into account the other metals as well as gold).

Parkin has stated many times that the JV partners are what the company is seeking. It makes sense for Monimplex too, Parkin/Makarov's core business.
