They would have had to issue more warrants and reset some existing one, it would not have been good, in fact it would have been bad.

But on the other hand, biometrics became universal in Sept, 2013 and BKYI had to adapt to the in-device validation and go after their share of the cloud market.

R&D cost and SG&A cost had to increase. MD made a decision, maybe he knew has SH's reaction or maybe he got lucky. He's hired to make those types of decisions, and based on the vote outcome, the vast majority agreed.
