Ronnie, this isn't a bad thing. Our shares are worth as much as theirs are, but we have less of them. You're right, it is a good thing, and companies with this structure do fare better than those that don't. That is exactly what happened yesterday---the majority shareholder, who I'm saying is the original owner of the oil who set out to go public through Parkin/Makarov,,, saved his (our) ass(es) yesterday when he shot down the buyout. This guy knows that his assets are worth more than that. If they weren't, he would have taken the cash.
