Iceman You are INCORRECT. They are using a formula to compute the free HVEL shares that protects the PRE-EXISTING HVEL SH from dilution once the HVEL distribution takes place.

How do I know? I received a written reply to this question from Lorraine at NTEK. She also specifically stated they wanted to be fair to old HVEL shares and not diminish their share of HVEL. She gave me an exact share count based on my large pre-existing HVEL shares and the new HVEL shares from my current modest NTEK holdings.

We are all going to enjoy good fortune in the coming weeks, months, years. Everyone that is but the shorts who may wish they never heard of NTEK and HVEL.
