He is probably waiting for a higher price to close at. Maybe he put in a order to sale and it was not filled or partially filled. It was nice to see the stock close above a penny again today. So far 3 days in February it closed above a penny and 3 days in January closing above a penny. My penny stock buddies are surprised that this stock has not crashed like so many penny stocks after they reach a penny. There are some other sub penny stocks starting to go up that might catch peoples attention, we will have to see if they take profits in this and play other ones going up to a penny.
