One important thing to consider is that ABSSSI is simply the shortest path to market for Brilacidin. If you have time go back through my posts about 60 days. They are not nearly as informative as Slcimunno's posts but I try to include one or two slides at a time that shine a light on the potential of Brilacidin in particular. ABSSI is a gateway indication. Brilicidin also has anti-inflammatory properties. They already had a division of a large pharmacy wanting to use it on implants once approved. It appears to work very well on oral mucocitus and I am sure you know what the current SOC for that is.
