Yep, you don't shut down out of nowhere and buyback 1.3 Bil shares and increase the A/S to 12 bil for no reason after pumping the sh8t out of it on Fox Business tech? Either this is an aggressive takeover and he's trying to thwart it or its the CD note holders pinning him to the ground and he said FU I'll close it down till I've got debtors I can trust and importantly control till the company has legs.
My money is on the latter, but he only has till mid March to make that dream come true until the new note shares come flowing through. Right now we all will lose, lets see if the A holes on here want to play ball? I don't think they will which means shut down probably.
