The other thing I have been thinking is that it would make a ton of sense for a spin off with the funding dollars. It would shield the IND funding from the baggage of SVFC which includes legal past, share structure, stigma, regen relationship? Etc

Would explain why share structure has remained stagnant for 4 months and when the dilution hit, several cd holders got a similar amount of shares

Would create quite a rocket ride. Heck cd holders could get negotiated amount of new entity to eliminate debt...
