The timing of this is interesting. A year ago, they announced earnings for the quarter and the year on Feb 4th. Each quarter since is either the 12th or the 5th. Here we are on the 9th, and there is no earnings announcement planned at this point, but they start dolling out big blocks of options to staff that can be exercised starting right now.

Something is coming is my guess, and its coming next week sometime.
