Q, I think his motive is two-fold, first he will use stock as a bribe of sorts to lure key personnel, and two, he still needs his $160K per year. I'm too am working no developing a business model where I can loose a million dollars of other people's money every year and still take home a heavy three-figure income. Tom's a genius.
