Buffalo- one problem w/ your thesis- if it has been uncovered by you, it is also uncovered by the potential buyer pool. So the goal would be to cloak it from everyone, put the entire deal on file. That would do it. They didn't roll it out that way for a reason.
What I think- BL just found us new financing. They will pay out some of the old and pay down the rest with margin profits from the IDIQ.
BL found us DMRJ didn't he! BAM was likely brought in via the X-CEO.
They've likely been talking and perhaps Dr.McGann was notified in advance by TSA that Morpho protest is done, he wanted to get the BL news out in front to at least communicate with shareholders to some modest extent.
Look, the CEO debacle wasn't filed until a week after that happened and that tanked the share price, as we all know. And created the minus $1 share price dip that everyone is keyed to.
BL has been with us since the first DMRJ loan. I always wondered why he was NOT the market face of IMSC. Seemed fairly logical as he was on the BOD and getting some nice consulting fees in addition.
