Using this product to prove impairment of drivers will take some time. There will be battles along with some unfavorable bumps in the road. However one thing that is not discussed, is that courts in zero tolerance states will be much easier to approve these results as convictable evidence.

My expectations of Cannabix's roll out of the product is that the product first touches ground in zero tolerance regions where officers can use this as a non-invasive road-side device to gain probable cause to test for drugs in one's system through invasive procedures (that are well established as convictable evidence - blood tests, etc).

The conversations of marijuana devices like this will always be focused around the legal states as that is ultimately the cash cow for the company, but I see zero tolerance States as fantastic stepping stones and a source to get the product out there as it continues to grow and develop. As an investor, this is where I see the largest potential during this 2015 Calendar year.
