talked w hrrp- serge- vp of operations about share structure- he explained that the float is 19.5 mil. the rest of the os (like 70 mil)are restricted at least 2 years but closely held by the ownership family who will never sell them and that the authorized share was never changed from what the company took over from whatever it was before. also plans for frankfurt asap and otcbb and berlin in 3-5 months. was very nice and informative about mining- said he didn't know much about trading (we laughed because neither do i) sounds very legit and lucrative here- thanks rig!
