Having a variety of species makes short term pricing problems less troublesome. If prices for smaller shrimp are low, then keep them in stock and get the price for larger shrimp in a few months.

IMO, the long term outlook for shrimp and prawns is bullish because of disease problems in countries like Vietnam and India. Short term pricing erosion should self correct.
