Important to note, as of April 1, 2014, the new MMPR program replaced the old MMAR program. For those companies that were already approved by the Canadian Government to be operational as marijuana producers, the Canadian Federal Court issued an Interim Injunction that authorized companies like the World of Marihuana® (WOM) to grow or possess marijuana under the old MMAR legislation. Read below for official info that governs the issue:

This is why WOM will be allowed to continue to grow for their patients that they have been providing support for over the past 5 years. With the new MMPR program, WOM is in the process of the Health Canada site inspection which will transfer them to be under the new MMPR program. This is basically an administrative formality following the site visit/inspection since WOM already has an existing huge clientele/customer base that has already been intact for over 5 years. Important about this Health Canada site inspection is the WOM ability to confirm its expansion through the completion of this structured deal which is why this deal was ”legally” structured the way that it was for the sake of obtaining further approval of what Health Canada wanted to see. Considering that WOM was awaiting the Health Canada site visit/inspections over the near-term back on April 17, 2014, there is a very high probability that the visit/inspection was completed which is why WOM is continuing to operate officially as a marijuana producer under the regulations explained above. IJJP waited to release news until as of late and WOM is authorized to continue with its operations as an authorized marijuana producer.

After this formality is finally ”administratively” completed with Health Canada, you will be able to check this Canadian Government website by Health Canada below to see the approval of the WOM continued permission to be a fully operational licensed marijuana producer for its already existing clients that have been in place for over 5 years:

IJJP deal with WOM means that IJJP will be getting $2.1 Million in pure 100% Net Income/Profit per year. Impotant to note, the $2.1 Million is not Revenue, but Net Income because the Expenses are already absorbed through WOM. This deal is a game changer for IJJP and all of the companies involved
