Buffalo- I hear you and it is certainly possible. But unlikely during the crucial midstream filling of a 162M IDIQ.

BL has been on the BOD since Bolduc's time. His company has collected consulting fees ( shares) during that time. He is still on BOD. Wait till they reveal his compensation...if he is cut in on change in control- well that could say something.
