And scroll allllll the way down, on the right you will see a section called "LATEST" which reads from Stevens...

"Yesterday we reached a tentative agreement on company #1 - very cool deal." Dated Sept 16th

It is very likely that mentioned deal has been under development, getting the principals in place, the MJ business structured etc since then, and they're now ready to do the coming reverse merger. Very exciting stuff, IMO.
