BL to Strategy-Biz dev. is a solid move. So half of DJ's responsibility is removed. Sales and Marketing are compatible, interwoven disciplines.
BL's comment about solid financing could mean current financing "team". The company may take the path of paying interest more in dollars than shares, paying down debt while filling the world record IDIQ w/ TSA and building out the product array.
I think its safe to say they didn't bring BL onto the mgt. team while they are in process of selling the company. BL is really a DC connected gentleman who can get anyone to answer his calls.
His reference to drug trace was particularly noticeable. While the company has mentioned it, it foretells a new selling angle. IE, the many state police depts use ETD for drugs in the field ( old S/M units) so they see an emerging market once IMSC has a handheld- TSA certd. D-ETD unit ( the E).
Now, lets get the M-protest moved out of the way and fill the first piece of that beautiful IDIQ which is going to flow fast and furious.
