A late filing may drop the price but this much?
The latest PR was more fluff than stuff.
Some companies are habitually late with filings. I have no problem with that as I do not know why it is late. Could be a good reason for it.

Maybe mms are taking advantage of no significant news in a while from cygxland?

Shareholders is May 24th? I DO agree with you that some here seem too impatient and that patience is needed.
I also think some are nervous until CYGX gets their hands on some real dough from a real sale of the product. In that regard I too am always a bit nervous until everything is a done deal and CYGX has its money.
