I like your speculative thinking

One can assume that the 10.9 million and the 20.3 million shares issued are all to Falak Holdings entities. Also they have another 4 million issued from 2012. This brings their total to about 35.2 million shares. I expect that they will issue themselves another 25-35 million shares before they announce the funding!!! with another 35 million it would being their total to 70 million shares and at $3 they hedge the projects just from the equity gains in stock.
