Both technicals and fundamentals are favorable.

That right there is the key to everything.

As we all should hopefully know by now, until SCRC effectuates a R/S and uplists to a senior exchange, company fundamentals will not drive shareholder success as much as retail joes think they will (even if strong operating fundamentals SHOULD rightfully be driving it). Like it or not, traders will continue to control the magnitude of the movement of the sp in both directions once it begins to move.

The best scenario is for there to be alternating catalysts that prevent extended periods of "voids". For example, if there is no expected news, then seeing the TA indicators turn uber-bullish will help keep the trendline positive. Likewise, if the TA indicators begin to stop screaming "BUY!!!", then hopefully it won't be long before SCRC issues a favorable PR or announces other material favorable news.

Certainly having bullish TA indicators AND positive PR's/News hit at the same time is a powderkeg that would be a boon for us, but at a minimum we need to see at least one of the two on a fairly regular basis at least alternating turns.

The worst case scenario is to have an extended period of NO news at the same time that TA indicators become bearish -- like the period we are entering right now...

I really look forward to seeing it trade higher in the immediate short-term.
