I agree. I have been posting a lot of things about Aurus/Nord that I have been finding. After reading up on Parkin/Makarov's parent company, I feel better about it than ever.

Most pinks are pink because they are worthless, Aurus/Nord became pinks because that's all the law would allow them to be in the U.S... for now.

I'm guessing that the Nord buyout didn't happen because the company that initially turned into Nord (i.e., majority shareholder) knew his operations were still drastically undervalued at the buyout price.

If this were just a common shareholder, who saw his pps shoot up that high with even more on the buyout, he would have had no reason not to take the buyout offer.

I think after that, Parkin and Makarov approached North West in the same manner they approach all companies. And now they really are building a leading oil PRODUCER.

Same outlook for Aurus, so don't expect a buyout.
