sorry, i'll admit that was kind of rough around the edges. In either case, now that I think I understand how the "shell/reverse merger thing works" it makes a lot more sense to have faith in these companies. It also makes a lot more sense that Parkin and Makarov, above anybody else--have their lots hinged on the success of these businesses.

It also makes more sense to me now why a major goal of both AURC and NDOL will be to upgrade their listings as much as possible, until they are both trading with the biggest of the big boys.

It was simply my understanding that Parkin and gang got their knowledge of how to attract Russian companies from their less successful experience in past endeavors.
