Fitz, I thought both you and angry made good points. I know by my posting here that ERHE is not going to revamp their approach to media relations, but here are some suggestions:

1. fire Jane, get someone professional, maybe someone with Public Relations experience.
2. issue statements of developments when they happen, even if they are not "technically" material events
3. When faced with what are obvious PR negatives (search warrants) a statement from the company might be appropriate.
4. Maybe WB could start the anti blog, every night a little diary entry.
5. Get the 10 Q out on time, accurately

I am sure you have others, these are just a few I thought of since I am out of powder and am not thinking about selling at these levels.
