Hard to beleive that it will be going on four years since the following.But who knew,oh wait i did.

For those that are waiting for the audit.A post on facebook,unfortunatly it was three and a half years ago.

Still think the company is legit?
Still think the reason for the audit NOT coming out is because of the lawsuit as Sym'sssss pointed out in the last Conference call?

AUDIT UPDATE


Spoke to our auditors yesterday and we submitted our last open item. Nothing more is needed from either STS or EBC. So we are close to completion.
That being said there are other items that must be done from third parties.

We retained our auditors at the end of FEB and began the process in MAR. We are 7 months into it, which in my opinion is not that long since there are three entities that must be audited; the parent (EVRM) and two subs (STS and EBC). It's like doing audits for 3 companies at the same time.


For those not familiar with this process, an SEC acceptable audit involving GAAP/FASB accounting is highly detailed. 7 months is relatively quick considering given our organizational structure. However, we're glad it's almost over :)
