Probably a "crossed trade". That happens when a block trade was negotiated earlier at a specific price, and the executing broker many times controls both the buyer and seller.

This happens when family members that have large blocks move the stock from one account to another but still retain control of the stock.

Like moving stock to an "offshore account".

Or exercising an option. And selling it to the market maker.

Or the company issuing a block to a market maker to cover a short position.

Or gifting stock to a charitable trust to avoid taxation.

Things like that.

You CANNOT have a buy & sell between strangers in the marketplace for a block this size without moving the stock $5 or more. This stock moves 3-4 cents on a 500 share trade.
