IMO one of the main reasons for the overreaction of retail is the fact that every time there is bad news with VPOR,it goes on black and white in a form filed and presented to the world. The bad news are put up front and center with no surprises. They dont hide and cover dilution by dumping a little at a time and holding back. A;so when they PR they are very Vague and General. Two things I take away from that. Because of Dro's previous problems he is very tightly regulated and watched and for this reason he always dots his i's and crosses his T's. The other is that these guys are actually growing a real business by scaling up in a very rapid manner and for that a lot of time,debt,money and effort is needed. They are not giving the SS or PPS of the stock the importance it deserves. This is JMO and many factors could change this but that's where I stand as far as what can possibly be happening. Again this is the OTC so take with a grain of salt.
