Need to do some DD on COO resigning. Nina Richardson - per her LinkedIn profile she had been COO @ GoPro last 2 years. At the same time she is listed as one of the Managing Directors of Three Rivers Energy Inc. since 2003. She is on their company website.

She only came 2 Go Pro as a condition of the initial equity investors deal. Was never meant to be long term - part of the short term initial business plan - never long term.
Complete non event her departure. And nothing to do with market manipulation last few days.

New CIO Tony Young however IS one more great example of the long term strategies of this MEDIA company!
