I am hoping to make alot of money in a very short period of time. How else can I do that without taking the appropriate risk? I know I can diversify by buying a Vanguard S&P 500 ETF, but that won't help me achieve my goals.

Make no mistake. Money is worth more than life! Whether they want to or not, people use up most of their lives for money. In other words, they are eroding their own existence and lives for just that!
