If a 10 to 1 RS brings the share price to .30 cents that's nothing to brag about - relatively the same price as before the halt.

If you mean $1.50 to $3.00 as a starting point that's something most would support. Dollars should be easy in a short time considering the large projects, well inventory, no debt, & the goodwill of the people in the O&G industry.

In fact a $10 pps post RS might be more doable than a 1.00 pps pre RS. A 400 million share stock might get stuck in a quagmire of little to no capital influx.

I trust management & S.E. to do the right thing for both the Company & Shareholders.
