The only thing those mergers have in common are that not one of them was a money losing stinky pinkie, with a history of bullshit PRs and pumping and massive net liabilities, virtually no assets, almost no revenues and no financial information.

Anything can happen? The world could end tomorrow too, but I wouldn't recommend investing based on it.
