Buffalo- what? Not sure how your post overlays my series of events...but if you believe that getting Two TSA certs is cheap and easy, its not. If you believe that anybody would have loaned a busted company, they wouldn't except DMRJ. And if you believe you had anything to do with Bolduc's removal, guess again as you didn't. Whatever caused it will be apparent in their next steps, which I have NO idea what they will be, but I have offered up my guesses.
Shi- honesty is a base level of operating. I agree 100% with you. If I felt they had lied to shareholders, I would dump in a second. There is NO stock more dangerous than an OTC, out of money, almost no sales and run by liars. Obviously, I don't think they have lied. Try working with TSA as they ponder replacement cycles...it ain't hard, its next to impossible.
Zey- would a $170M IDIQ make you change your mind about Dr. Jones? I doubt it. Good luck finding the easter eggs you hid.
To anyone else casting PAST IMSC mgt as liars...sell and be happier.
Here is the driving basis for what I believe will happen: both Drs.Jones/McGann will receive a million shares if they bring NEW financing into IMSC. CEO Bolduc set that up. Why? First, he was wise enough to know he had the two best connected Drs. in TRACE working for him. They know all the players, everywhere. That friends is our advantage once we re-gain control of the IDIQ filling process. That green light light event allows OTHER events to unfold. Again, this is a guess...So don't be sad about a 2M share windfall/finders fee, be happy IF it removes the ongoing dilution and frees the company to operate on the profits spun out of filling an ETD WORLD RECORD IDIQ.
