Yeah, but the par value is what the company can convert shares at(besides current debt and notes on the books), meaning if they convert at .000001 and dump them at .0001 they still make plenty of margin to gain the funds they need to keep the company and salaries going.

Would of held everything myself if it wasn't for the raise, had 20mill+ at one point to. Ahh well, made 40% back elsewhere last week. I just believe the company Fd us, but as always we'll see how it plays out.
