what i have posted for exide is already happening with dndnq. look it up who is the counsel for xideq.

https://cases.primeclerk.com/dendreon/

they are the same. i expect last minute stalking horse, bidding war and auction like in dndnq. in my opinion, there is a desperate attempt to keep the trading range for xide between $0.07 and $0.08 as i see trades worth $3 and so on. but who knows. it looks like xideq is getting ready to show its power 'if you don't want to pay us full price, we will go on our own, we have the approvals and we will recoup the value. if you want the whole exide estate as a whole inclding exide eu and exide's nol's, you can have it at a discount, make lots of money and everyone wins". just remember to use exide's nol , they need exide shareholders, it is the law, section 382. it is not chump change but 700 million in domestic nol's and about 1.5 billion in total. aamrq had 8 billion in nol.

now i have been wrong about pps here so far, so what do i know. i can only say what should happen as there is so much more money here than dndnq.
